Kimberly was great she knew exactly what I was looking for in my first home . We had a budget I also lived in New York at the time . Kimberley made sure she stayed with in our budget a got the home we wanted . Also did 90 percent off the work while I was still in New York . Kimberly is absolutely superb. She turned my dream into reality when she took me on an entire evening drive-around, viewing one home to another to another to another...I felt guilty viewing so many homes because I knew I never had the deposit to start, but she didn't care. She saw both me and my husband's interests and she believed in us. Today we are proud owners of a beautiful 6 bedroom home. If it wasn't for her persistence, one year later, we would probably still be living in NY paying more than our present mortgage for rent in an extremely tiny apartment.
